We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product. Retain the tracking information for reference.
In the event that the product is being returned due to our error or a defective item, we will reimburse the return shipping costs upon verification.
Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
 

Refunds and Processing Time:

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.
Please note that the refund amount may be subject to deductions for any return shipping costs or restocking fees, if applicable.
